Directions:

1. Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl, mixing well.
2. Pour into greased and floured 9×13 inch pan.
3. Mix brown sugar and
cinnamon in a bowl and
4. Sprinkle remaining brown
sugar and cinnamon over batter.
5. Use a butter knife to swirl the batter in the pan.
6. Bake using baking directions on the back of the cake mix.
7. Mix the reserved 1/4 cup of brown sugar and cinnamon with the
powdered sugar and milk or cream.
8. Drizzle mixture over cake soon after you take out of the oven while it the cake is still hot.
