• 8 cups peeled & diced potatoes • 1/3 cup copped onions • 3 14.5 ounce cans of chicken broth • 1 10 ounce can of cream of chicken soup • 1 8 ounce package of cream cheese, cubed • 3 stalks of diced celery • 3 peeled & diced carrots • 0.5 pounds of chopped ham • salt & pepper
Directions:
1. Combine potatoes, onion, broth, soup, ham, and vegetables with salt & pepper in the crockpot. 2. Cook on low for 10 hours. 3. Add cubed cream cheese and stir until blended.
