Peanut Butter Fingers

Ingredients:

• 1/2 c butter
• 1/2 c white sugar
• 1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/3 c peanut butter
• 1/2 t baking soda
• 1/4 t salt
• 1/2 t vanilla
• 1 c flour
• 1 c quick oats
Topping:
• 1 c chocolate chips
Drizzle:
• 1/2 c powdered sugar
• 1/4 c peanut butter
• 2-4 T milk

Directions:

1. Cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar.
2. Blend in egg, peanut butter, baking soda, salt, and vanilla.
3. Stir in flour and quick oats.
4. Spread in 9 x 13 inch greased pan.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
6. Take pan out of oven, sprinkle with chocolate chips, and let melt.
7. When melted, spread the chocolate evenly
8. With a spoon or spatula when cool, spread the drizzle on top.
9. Cut into squares and enjoy
