Yum Yum Brownies

Ingredients

• 3 cubes/sticks butter
• 6 heaping TBS. Cocoa powder
• 6 eggs
• 3 cups sugar
• 1 TBS Vanilla
• 3 cups flour
• 2 cups chocolate chips
*Nuts optional

Directions:

1. In a medium sauce pan, melt the butter over low heat, once melted remove from heat and add the cocoa. Stir until combined. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, use a mixer to mix eggs and sugar, mix in vanilla. Add the 3 cups of flour and mix.
3. Next, add the butter/cocoa mixture. Mix until combined.
4. Then stir in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into a well greased 9 x 13 or larger pan.
5. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min. to 1 hour (depending on thickness) Use a toothpick to check if done.
6. Once cooled, cut into squares. The bigger the square the better!
Nuts can be added to the batter or sprinkled on top before baking 1 cup
